Fabricate the Oil & Gas components with Laser cladding process to deposition a layer of material with wear-resistance and erosion-resistance instead of traditional thermal spray. It provided stronger bonding to avoid the coating peel-off during service in high-pressure condition.
Enhanced the surface strength and wear-resistance with laser cladding to improve life by 50-100%. Also, eliminate the environment pollution from the traditional plating.
